Y.O. Ranch Headquarters Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Payment Policy

At Y.O. Ranch Headquarters, nestled in the heart of rural Texas, we offer a specialized and unique resort experience. We value each of our guests and are dedicated to providing exceptional service from the moment of booking through the end of your stay. Below are our policies, designed to ensure the best experience for all our guests.

Payment Policy

• Full Payment at Time of Booking
• To secure your reservation, we require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Window

• 12 Weeks Before Check-In

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations 12 Weeks or More Before Check-In
• Guests who cancel their booking 12 weeks or more before 11:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on the day of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations Less Than 12 Weeks Before Check-In
• Guests who cancel less than 12 weeks before 11:00 PM CST on the day of check-in, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount and cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling Policy

• Between 4 Weeks and 12 Weeks Before Check-In
• Guests may reschedule their booking if they are between 4 weeks and 12 weeks from their check-in date.
• Within 4 Weeks of Check-In
• Rescheduling is not possible within four weeks of the check-in date, and no refund will be issued.

Policy Rationale

• As a specialized resort in rural Texas, our bookings are typically made months in advance. Given our unique location and offerings, it is often very difficult, and sometimes impossible, to find replacement reservations on short notice for cancellations made less than 12 weeks from the check-in date. This policy helps us manage our exclusive services and maintain the high-quality experience that our guests expect. The advance payment and structured cancellation policy enable us to plan effectively, ensuring every guest enjoys a serene and memorable stay at Y.O. Ranch Headquarters.
