We’re featuring over 150 lots of exotic game with a live auction, plus a live stream with DV auctions. Enjoy local artisan booths, animal tours, delicious food, and drinks throughout the day.
There will be an open bar at the sale barn during the auction, followed by a cash bar at the pool and lodge after the sale.
In order to prepare for this event, please fill out the consignment form and email or call in your consignments as soon as you have an idea of what you’ll be brining. We kindly ask that we receive everyone’s best guess on consignment by Saturday, April 21st. As always, the lot fee is $100, and the consignors will receive two free tickets to the sale.
Please note that the commission per lot is:
Sale price up to $5,000: 10% commission.
Sale price $5,001 - $19,999: 9% commission.
Sale price over $20,000 - 8% commission.

Lunch, dinner, an open bar from noon until midnight. The ranch’s upcoming auction will conclude with music and entertainment at the lodge.

Your ticket includes entry into the ranch, access to the live auction, lunch, an open bar at the sale barn, and dinner with musical entertainment at the pool.

Payment Options
Cash or check accepted for auction purchases; 3% fee for credit card transactions.
State Compliance
Ensure compliance with TAHC and TPWD regulations. Our state representative will be available at the auction to assist with any questions.
The following guidelines must be met before bringing animals to the acution.

Male Cattle
All sexually intact males 11 months or older require a Trich Test.
Equine (Horses, Donkeys, Zedonks, Etc.):
Must have a Coggins Test. (Zebras are exempt unless coming from out of state.)
Sheep & Goats
Require a Scrapie Tag, which we can provide for $5 each.
CWD-susceptible Species
(e.g., Red Deer, Elk, Reindeer, Sika, Muntjac, and hybrids): Must be tagged, and movement paperwork completed at drop-off.
Birds/Fowl/Game Birds
Require a license to sell from TAHC and/or TPWD.
