October 5, 2015 was a great day for everyone here at Y.O. Headquarters. It was the day that new owners, Byron and Sandra Sadler along with their silent partners Lacy and Dorothy Harber, obtained ownership of nearly 5,400 acres of the historic Y.O. Ranch and named it Y.O. Ranch Headquarters. Their mission…”Keeping the history and traditions of the legendary Y.O. Ranch alive!” From day 1, there has been nonstop activity. A new road was put in, brush was cleared, all existing cabins have been renovated and they just now completed 16 new in-suite rooms with the look of an old Western town. Next on the agenda…..a new restaurant with a deck where guests can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Louie.
We just recently celebrated our one-year anniversary and what a year it has been. Guests are amazed at the work that has been completed. Bethesda Church just recently held their retreat here and are now going to book again for next year. Our 2017 calendar is filling up quickly with weddings, retreats, family reunions and hunts. We have also booked three ever popular obstacle course races which could draw thousands of people. Y.O. Headquarters offers activities to suit everyone’s needs including swimming, volleyball, wildlife tours, paintball, sporting clays and more. Give us a call today. We love showing off this amazing ranch.
Don’t forget that we also offer romance packages if you’re thinking of popping the question. We can help you make this special day something to remember for the rest of your lives.
Y.O. Headquarters, a historic Hill Country destination, offers a premier wildlife experience through hunting, corporate and family retreats, weddings and other activities.
